It’s been three weeks when we first got the glimpse of Gran Turismo 5’s official wheel. At that time it was just a teaser on ThrustMaster’s website which of course, did not revealed any details about T500RS. Now the company has released the racing wheel for the Gran Turismo enthusiasts with a price tag of $599.99.
01.jpgT500RS is not only the official racing wheel of Gran Turismo 5, but it has also got the Playstation license under it’s belt. This 4.6kg wheel & 7.3kg pedal set looks beautiful with some good metal work. With T500RS you can easily shift gears via 17cm lever, while enjoying its 1080° rotation. The pedal set of T500RS is fully adjustable, and you can select from either floor mounted F1 style or suspended GT style.
T500RS will surely provide great gaming experience with 16bit precision with HallEffect Accurate technology (magnetic sensor technology), but still $599.99 seems to be a little on the higher side.
