If you are a wine lover, you should definitely keep on reading. This wine company Milestii Mici In Moldova was registered in Guinness Records in August 2005 for being the biggest wine collection in the world. It contains over 2 million bottles of wine of high quality, at least winemakers think so.
Milestii Mici is 250 kilometers long and stores a variety of old wines, the oldest from 1969, everything from “Pinot”, “Muscat” and “Riesling” to “Codru”, “Negru de Purcari” and “Auriu”. It’s open for visitors some times, and the lucky ones get a guided tour through Milestii Mici where there are rows and rows of carefully laid down wine bottles. 70% of the wines are red, 20% white and 10% dessert.
The wine collection, also called the “Golden Collection makes not just Milestii Mici proud, but also of the country and Europe. One of the wines is quite expensive, up to €480 per bottle.
