Mark Angeli@Greniers Saint-Jean 2011

Mark and Martial Angeli kindly sent me an invitation to the 2012 tasting at the Greniers Saint Jean. As in previous years it will be over the last weekend of January. Unlike previous years I sadly won't be there as the Salon des Vins de Loire will be a week later this coming year: 5th-7th February.

Pity they didn't change the date as I imagine there will be many people who normally attend this tasting because its timing links in with the Salon.

Château de Brezé

La Dive Bouteille: dimanche 30 janvier 2011 (14h-19h) et lundi 31 janvier (10h-19h)

Will be held in the cellars of the château and features producers from all over France and elsewhere with a strong contingent from the Loire.

 Tasting at the Greniers Saint-Jean: samedi 29 janvier 10h-18h + dimanche 10h-18h 

The Greniers are on the west side of the Maine. Producers from all over France present plus a few from Austria, Italy and Spain

With the Salon des Vins de Loire starting on 30th it is sadly not going to be possible to get to all three events. I suspect for me it will be the Greniers and the Salon. A shame as there is a very interesting line up at La Dive Bouteille.
